Description
Focuses on scientifically accepted principles and practices of infection control with emphasis on the characteristics of micro-organisms, production and transmission of disease, and occupational safety hazards. Also, includes methods and practical application of infection control and barrier precautions for both laboratory and clincial proficiency.
