Description

Driving defensively, handling emergencies, and riding safely and skillfully are taught in this hands-on motorcycle education course for ages 14 to adult. Anyone under 18 must take this course to get a motorcycle license. Class time: Friday night, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Range time will be Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or until all are finished. 100% attendance is required at the whole class (Friday-Saturday-Sunday) to receive your certificate and card. The class includes classroom time, riding exercises on the range, and evaluation components. You must score 80% or higher on the written test and be proficient in skills to pass the course. You must wear a long sleeve shirt and depending on the weather, a jacket or coat, long pants or jeans, shoes or boots that cover your ankles and gloves with fingers. We will provide the motorcycle, helmet, eye wear and some gloves are available if you don?t have any. You can bring your own helmet if you wish.
