Description
This class will be taught by staff and volunteer students at the Iowa Valley Education and Training Center. You will observe cooks of various countries while they prepare and serve samples of authentic foods from around the world. Countries may include the U.S., Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, China, and many others. Recipes and samples will be provided.
