Description

This 10-hour class is designed specifically for school food service personnel to help develop techniques of food preparation for each food group. Participants will evaluate product quality and procedures to improve or retain flavor and appearance while maximizing nutrional benefits. Class meets Tues. at 2:00 pm to Thurs. at 11:00 am.
