Description
Lamaze classes prepare a couple for labor, delivery, and the hospital stay. Topics include: relaxation and breathing techniques, normal labor course, medical interventions, cesarean birth, post-delivery care for mom and baby, breast and bottle feeding and parenthood. Classes meet once a week for five weeks in the MMSC OB classroom in Marshalltown. The cost is payable to co-sponsor MMSC. Call 641-754-5166 to register.
