Description

The Certificate in End-of-Life Care represents a specialization in the field of caring for those who are experiencing a terminal illness. It is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of individuals who work with dying patients by providing a multidisciplinary educational experience. The Certificate in End of Life Care consists of six courses which are an introduction to end-of-life issues, death, dying and grief, ethical issues, hospice and palliative care, pain assessment and management, and physiological changes at the end-of-life. This 26 hour online course is done from the convenience of your home. The course starts the 3rd Wed of each month and you will have 6 weeks to complete the course.
