Description

Pilates is a focus on the body's core training: abdominal, lower back, buttocks, hips and thighs. The goal to strengthen and lengthen the muscles to increase flexibility, posture, stamina, and over all strength through methodical, controlled movements and coordinated breathing. Bring an exercise mat or large towel, and comfortable clothing that allow stretching and flexibility.
