Description
If you haven't visited the weight room and the aerobic room located at the STC middle school, you will be surprised at the quantity and quality of equipment available. Also, use of this equipment is free to the public. The only requirement for their use is training. Once you are trained, you may use the rooms at specified times. To receive this necessary training, join Ann Kuhter, who has been certified to teach you. Instruction requires only an hour of your time. One hour qualifies you and enables you to spend the winter getting in shape.
