Description
Fulfill the 60-Hour education requirement needed prior to obtaining an Iowa Real Estate License. This course was created to satisfy two major goals: (1) the most comprehensive coverage of all required aspects of the real estate industry; (2) your success in passing the Iowa Real Estate Licensing Examination. You will learn the terminology, the concepts, the application, and the examination procedures, and on day nine there is a full day of review, including intensive study of test questions. Class schedule will be 3 weekends; Fri-6:00 pm to 10:00 pm; Sat, Sun-8am to 5pm.
