Description
Visitors to Living History Farms have the opportunity to experience Iowa's history in three unique settings: 1700 Native American Village, 1850 farm, and 1900 farm. Museum guides, in period clothing, tell the story of Iowa's past, and allow vistors to experience hands-on activities associated with each time period. Elaine Bahr, a History Instructor at ECC, will provide additional background information. The group will enjoy lunch together at the Iowa Machine Shed. Lunch is not included in the registration fee. Sign up early because space is limited.
